Vaccination Programme Advice
We have been supplying vaccine and training for over 40 years and for that time having the ability to effectively organise and deliver vaccine has been one of the main services we provide.
It is our aim to manage the entire process so as to ensure the vaccine is delivered in a timely manner to the site in the presentation sizes that will minimise waste.
The storage and shipping temperatures that live vaccines are subjected to are of great importance to ensuring that efficacy is not compromised.
Our storage of vaccine is in large walk-in dedicated refrigeration units that are observed via calibrated temperature monitors, have been fully temperature mapped to GDP standards and have a narrow temperate bandwidth.
Our shipping is done using the Icertech range of Cold Chain Secure packaging which is used in conjunction with the coolant designed for this packaging. We chose this packaging due to its outstanding results at keeping goods at the correct temperature for a period of time that more than covers the time in transit from us to you.
As part of the services we offer to our customers we carry out the following;
- Vaccine is sent out as either the complete program or in sections throughout the rear to manage cost and minimise storage risk on the farm.
- We hold the vial sizes that are available and due to the scale of our supply we have excellent relationships with the vaccine manufacturers
- We confirm the delivery of every parcel internally and if there are any problems you will deal directly with the team that managed the order.
- Next day service when we have stock and the order is received in the morning, in cases of emergency, we will drive the stock to our clients.
